Payments Accepted:

Credit/Debit through Stripe. If you prefer to pay through PayPal, just email us requesting to pay by PayPal and a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email. Once you commit to purchase and place the order with your card, you will be charged as we do not have the ability to charge your card at anytime. We do not keep your card information on file as some online stores do.

Refunds: 


Depending upon the issue the refund option is available. Please make sure to read the item description prior to purchase so you know what you are purchasing. If you're not certain after reading the description please contact us with your questions and we will gladly answer them. Most of our titles are either unreleased or out of print so keep in mind quality varies and is stated in the item description. Our titles are not official releases nor do we claim them to be. For defective disc replacement, please refer to our replacement section of the store policy.  Once order has been shipped, shipping cost is non-refundable due to no way to re-obtain these funds as we ship through the United States Postal Service. We do not reimburse for return shipping. The item cost will be refundable depending upon reasonable issue. When granted a refund, the refund will be issued in 3-5 business days. Unacceptable reasons for refund would be that the item description was not read prior to purchase or buyer's remorse. You the buyer, are prompted to check 2 question boxes reminding you to read item description before even completing the transaction. As of April 1, 2020 we will not cover transaction fees for refunds. This fee is charged by Stripe our card merchant, who does not return the fee for refunds. We can only provide the amount we received. If you purchase and decide to cancel before shipment we will refund the amount we received minus the transaction fee. You the buyer are required to read the terms of which you are purchasing. Again, please make sure to have read the item description prior to purchase and ask questions.

Replacement: 

Defective disc replacement is free of charge. If you happen to come across a disc not working properly please send us a message concerning the issue with the defective disc (s) for replacement.

Problems: 

For any issues, problems or concerns about your purchase (s), we require you to address us by email with them before turning to third parties so that we can resolve them as adding in third parties just makes the situation worse when most issues can be resolved by the buyer and the seller through communication. Which can be a lot faster than third parties take to resolve issues. Simply send us an email regarding the issue and you will receive a response within 24-72 hours with a solution as we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfactory even if refund is requested. If we are not contacted with the issue before reaching out to a third party to resolve, then you will only receive refund and your account will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access our store.
